Welcome to Donna’s fitness classes – Fitness Classes
These fitness classes cater for individuals of varying abilities at different fitness levels. The classes are all mixed ability allowing for those with less confidence to work alongside advanced fitness enthusiasts in these fun, proactive sessions. Some classes are more suited to the experienced exerciser but if you are not sure which class is for you, please contact Donna on the number above and she will be happy to help with any queries. MALES AND FEMALES OF ANY AGE, SHAPE OR ABILITY WELCOME!
Ackroyd Fitness classes
Hello All
It looks like we are back to normality, finger crossed! From Thursday 1st September, all the classes will be 45mins. The booking system remains, the price remaining at £8 (please note that if you cancel 1 day before you will still have to pay). As always all equipment is provided you just have to turn up with your water and a towel. Hand gel and paper tissue is provided.
Every Thursday 630pm KETTLEBELLS OR RESISTANCE TRAINING
Every Sunday 10am BOOTCAMP / STEP AEROBICS (ALTERNATE SUNDAY)
Further classes will be added in due course, depending on demand.
