Welcome to Donna’s fitness classes – Fitness Classes

These fitness classes cater for individuals of varying abilities at different fitness levels. The classes are all mixed ability allowing for those with less confidence to work alongside advanced fitness enthusiasts in these fun, proactive sessions. Some classes are more suited to the experienced exerciser but if you are not sure which class is for you, please contact Donna on the number above and she will be happy to help with any queries.  MALES AND FEMALES OF ANY AGE, SHAPE OR ABILITY WELCOME!

 

TUESDAYS 7PM -8PM – TOTALLY SHREDDED DRUM AND BASS WORKOUT

An hour of Totally Shredded with the Donna – A drum and bass boxing workout ranging from moderate to high intensity, including a 15 minute abdominal training to tone and strengthen the core.  This class is lots of fun; bring your gloves, water and loads of energy!

THURSDAYS 7PM -8PM – JUST PURE RESISTANCE TRAINING

An hour of resistance training with Donna, this workout involves using resistance bands, kettlebells, gliders, dumbbells etc.  This class is different every week it is a fantastic toning and strength building class guaranteed to burn loads and loads of calories!

 

SUNDAYS 1030AM – 1130AM – BOXING BOOTCAMP

An hour of Boxing Bootcamp with Donna – the perfect wakeup call to get you going on a Sunday morning! A fantastic motivating class using various equipment, punch bags, focus mitts, skipping ropes, the battle ropes, slam balls, steps, kettlebells and a bit of road running (weather permitting). This workout involves both strength and cardio exercises and is suitable for all abilities.

All classes are £5!
