Welcome to Donna’s fitness classes – Fitness Classes

These fitness classes cater for individuals of varying abilities at different fitness levels. The classes are all mixed ability allowing for those with less confidence to work alongside advanced fitness enthusiasts in these fun, proactive sessions. Some classes are more suited to the experienced exerciser but if you are not sure which class is for you, please contact Donna on the number above and she will be happy to help with any queries.  MALES AND FEMALES OF ANY AGE, SHAPE OR ABILITY WELCOME!

Ackroyd class changes

Hello Team

As we are hopefully returning to some sort of normality I have decided to change the classes.  From Tuesday 8th June the classes will be 45mins.  You will still have to book, the price will now be £7 ( 1 day notification if you cancel) and the times of the classes remain the same.  

Every Tuesday 630pm

HIIT STEP 

Every Thursday 

TRIPLE CHALLENGE 630pm

Every Sunday 10am

KETTLEBELLS CHALLENGE/ABS

Further classes will be added in due course.
